'Knititation'

Knitting, or ‘knititation ‘ as we call it, can become a beginners tool to mindfulness.

Developing a sense of wellbeing, starting with one stitch at a time.

A fun and joyful way of starting a journey into mindfulness
for those that may struggle with other more
traditional mindfulness-based techniques.

Don’t know where to start?

No problem !

All is explained in Knit and Nibble.
